This book title took me by surprise. A book on how to write? And how would it lead to a 2.0 version of myself?
I was initially skeptical. But as the book unfolded, it lived up to its title. It is a systematic guide for anyone - and I mean just about any reader, who is looking to transform in order to improve their current situation. This improvement may be for mental / emotional health (and thereby physical health too), their relationships with others, as well as their academic or commercial pursuits.
