As I look back on my journey, I'm grateful for the privilege of attending prestigious schools in India and the US and working with incredible teams and leaders across various industries and cultures. From Wharton School of Business to Bell Labs, AT&T, Avaya and Tata Telecom, I've learned valuable lessons about growth, innovation, and collaboration.
But the most profound realization has been the transformative power of stories. I've seen how they can unlock human potential, foster connection, and drive success. This sparked a passion within me to collect and share stories that inspire, motivate, and guide others toward achieving their goals.
Now, as a grandparent, I'm eager to share these stories with the next generation. I hope they'll inspire our grandkids to dream big, work together, and unlock their full potential. And I'm happy to share them with you, too – in the hope that they'll inspire you to make a positive impact in the world.
