About the Author

Nischal recently graduated from high school and is going into college this year. He is interested in pursuing a degree in sociology and securing a top leadership position in the prestigious civil services. Reading books has been a pastime and a passion of Nischal for years, and he has had the dream of writing books since the 7th grade. It finally came true through his debut self-help guide, “IQ + EQ – The Expression of Leadership” This book is an honest attempt to express Nischal’s thoughts on leadership, which is something that he has always resonated with. On one hand, it is his take on the life stories of a few of his role models, but it is also a surface level inquiry into the commonalities between these individuals and their leadership journeys. Nischal hopes you enjoy the reading experience and find inspiration to take up leadership, as the world is in dire need of young leaders.

Good book, worth the price

Its great to see youngsters unleashing their creative muscles and utilizing the power of writing in this social media era. I've read many self-help books, but this book definitely belongs in my top 10 list, mainly due to its unique concept. In a nutshell, this book explains how 5 iconic personalities showcased high levels of IQ and EQ, which contributed to their leadership skills. One thing missing in this book is a way how we can practice and develop leadership skills in day to day life, such as in the workplace, school setting, etc. Also, it would've been better if this book was a bit longer. Nevertheless, its a short read, but gives a long-last effect to the reader.

Short, crisp, and clear

Wonderful presentation of the life stories of the greatest leaders of our time. Despite the low page count, the readers are immediately absorbed into the articulate representation. Kudos to the author. :)
