V. N PRASAD
Mr. V N Prasad was an economist with over 40 years of experience in Economics and Market Research. Mr. Prasad was a Post-Graduate in Economics. He had associated with different national and international agencies such as National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER), New Delhi; Indian Institute of Foreign Trade(IIFT), Economist at American Embassy and a Senior Advisor with World Association for Small and Medium Enterprises (WASME). He could associate with a number of field-based research studies. Mr. Prasad authored a Study Report entitled “Labour Regulations for SMEs in India: Coverage and Impact” which he did as part of an EU sponsored project on Labour Regulations in Indian Industry, Institute for Studies in Industrial Development, New Delhi - 2005-06. He had also done a study for ILO titled “Review of Policy and Regulatory Framework for SMEs”. For several years he edited World SME News – a WASME Magazine, numerous Reports of WASME Conferences and contributed several articles/papers on MSME issues.

Dr. P. M Mathew is Senior Fellow and Director at the Institute of Small Enterprises and Development, and an expert on global SME policy. He is Development Economist with over 36 years of experience; the spectrum includes, research, consulting, advisory work and teaching. Special interest in private sector development, regional planning and local economic
development, livelihoods and entrepreneurship development strategies, institution development and capacity building, development communication and responsible business.

VIGHNESH JHA
Vighnesh Jha is a development professional, re-searcher and entrepreneur. His expertise is in sustainable development, green business and enterprise promotion. His major contribution has been in facilitating informal enterprises into formal sector enti¬ties. The organizations & institutions, which has been founded by him, includes ‘PATH’, ‘We the Artisans’, ‘National School of Leadership’ & ‘Federation of Rickshaw Pullers’ Associa¬tion’. Vighnesh initiated a number of development projects, undertook socio-economic research studies.
