There is a misconception in society that spirituality is separate from daily life. Many feel that going to a temple, Church, mosque and praying to God is spirituality. Some others feel that spirituality demands renunciation of physical things and then seriously following a mental discipline life long and some lucky fellows may get Self realized.This is another misconception about spirituality.Spirituality is not that cheap.Life means relationship.Relationship is a process of self revelation and liberation.We have to be aware of our reaction of our inner while relating to nature,with others all the time.Man of us react from the past experiences and memories to the challenge in the present and so new.When we react like that the action done will never be complete and there is residue of non-understanding.When we act without the burden of past such action is complete.In complete action there is no residue of non-understanding and so mind is not burdened,fresh,young,rejuvenated and is ready to face next challenge.This living in the present is liberating.A mind that acts without the burden of past is a religious mind.Such a mind happens to us when we comprehend the self activity by un-interrupted awareness.Such a mind is eligible to receive the ultimate reality.
