Seventy-nine-year-old Parsa Venkata Ramachandra Rao is a retired executive from the government owned Indian Oil Corporation. He retired as chief operations manager and lives in Hyderabad, Telangana State, India. He is a regular blogger on his blog "parsakashyapreport.blogspot.com."
This is his second novel after his debut Novel Que Sera, Sera, Whatever Will be, Will be in 2018.
He is a keen bird watcher, a life member of Deccan Birders at Hyderabad.
His other interests include, besides writing, photography and politics, and gardening which he learnt from his wife, Krishna.
They have two sons and two daughters, all well settled, in the US, Singapore and Hyderabad. They are grandparents to a lovely set of seven grandchildren. three grandsons and four granddaughters, all in the age group of two to twelve years.
