The study observed the effect of type of on Job stress Industrial 100 workers of in kaprada taluka. These workers were divided on the basis of type of work . Results clearly indicated that type of job played a importance role in creating stress in workers. Role overload working,role ambiguity, responsibility of persons, unreasonable group pressures, under participating, poor colligue relationship, low status, highly working conditions, unprofitability of life, no job security were the factors which contributed more occupational stress.this study is kapradatalukas people going to different industrial areas 100 respondent Interview schedule research method used this study.
