This book was my first introduction to the Celtic mythology and I was able to understand it without difficulty as the characters are almost written as the author's own characters and also explains the lore within the book(the author even provides details about the characters and certain phrases for better understanding). The fusion of the modern world and the ancient land of magic and gods is creative and clever rather than feeling off. The characters in the book also have layers and depth which science fiction usually overlooks.Overall this book is a worthy read if you enjoy sci-fi and mythology. Loved it!
