Pratibha Das Hatibaruah is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with over 24 years of experience and the founder of Flugelsoft, a pioneering software company specialising in Blockchain, DeFi, Metaverse, AI, Crypto, and NFTs. Certified as an MCSE and CCNA, she began her career in network engineering before transitioning into entrepreneurship, where she has focused on exploring and implementing practical solutions in Web3 technologies.

Pratibha hosts the podcast PRATIBHA'S TECHTALK, where she discusses Web3 technologies and their potential impact across industries. She also creates educational content for platforms like Udemy and YouTube, aiming to make emerging technologies more accessible to a broader audience.

As a speaker, Pratibha regularly contributes her insights at international conferences, corporate events, and universities across India. Coupled with her strategic advice to start-ups, she is a sought-after advisor and prominent influencer in the industry.
