In today’s social media absurdity, no one talks about the self-healing. We must dive deeper into ourselves because that is how we learn about staggering inner wounds; if left unhealed, it marks a turmoil in the form of lower vibrational human emotions including distress, frustration or even harming the self. The human life is not to be wasted. Once you heal, you automatically heal others and Mother Earth in return.
