I'm an Educational Neuroscientist: I work at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and education to optimize the teaching and learning process across the lifespan. In addition, I study the global evolution of Educational Neuroscience and focus on the translation and impact of this research to academic and non-academic audiences. Since global advocacy is at the heart of my personal and professional aspirations, I engage in programs that promote education and science policy, public science, and scientific outreach by leveraging my knowledge in science diplomacy. I have conducted research at governmental offices, schools and universities, and non-profits. My pedagogical practices and investigations have expanded from K-12 to university students to older adults, including interventions in socially vulnerable spaces and minorities in different countries.
