The role of the teacher and the education he provides is crucial to the development of any country. Education transforms not just the individual but the whole country. Education for teachers, like the rest of the system, is shaped by a country's values, traditions, and character. Perspectives through which teacher education courses need to be examined include constitutional purposes, directive principles of the state policy, socio-economic challenges and the expansion of knowledge, developing expectations and changes happening in education, etc. Teacher training is a field that informs future generations about our collective past, present, and future, as well as the things that inspire us to do and do our best work so that everyone may have a full, rich, and long life. This is a major field where many novel ideas may be tested. Mentors have the power to shape a country or destroy it. The art of teaching in the modern day requires not just formal education but also the development of a wide range of specialised skills, abilities, and subject-specific knowledge. What we mean when we talk about "teacher education" are the programmes, practises, and resources that are intended to provide (future) educators the background they need to succeed in their roles within the school, the classroom, and the community at large. Teacher educators are the specialists who participate in this line of work.
