I was born in Bokaro Steel City, one of the most industrialized cities in India. My formative years was spent in a boarding school tucked away in the Sahyadri mountain ranges in Maharashtra. (Ya! I literally got to live the Enid Blyton's St Clare series only my school was called St. Joseph's, and it was the best). I attended Ness Wadia College of Commerce in Pune for an undergraduate degree in Advertising and MIT School of Business in Pune for MBA in Marketing and Human Resource Management.
I started writing short stories at the age of twelve but along the way the passion was lost. Recently I rediscovered my love for writing and threw my 'someday' plans away and dove head first into writing and creating a literary world of my own. Since then I have been working to pave my way in women's fiction.
I currently live in Mumbai, India with my husband and work full time with an American Company as a senior project coordinator. When I am not making sense of numbers on spreadsheets or preparing power point presentations, you'll find me writing flash fictions or doodling in my little red diary.
