About the Author

Late Raghu raj Bali” Ishrat Allahabadi” had been the disciple of Hazrate Nooh Narvi. He was born in January 1900. His father Munshi Brij Bahadur Lal was a Government Servant in Pratap Garh (U.P.)
Ishrat Saheb was a professor in Kayastha Pathshala Allahabad. It was his strong desire to publish “Payame Ishrat”, the collection of Gazals & Rubaiyat in his life time, but it could not be possible in his life time
