The author has had a varied and diverse career in Industry and Research in India, with Academic Institutes and both Govt and Private sector. He has handled several projects for DRDO, MOD and IISc, PSG Tech among other, and published several papers and books.
He has received Travel Grants to present papers on the subject at Mauritius and Jordan, and was appointed as a UGC Emeritus Professor at JNTU, AP. International collaborations include submissions to USERDA with colleagues in the USA on Wave Energy and SBIR (RTP, NC,USA) on Biogas. Work on Environmental Projects included updating the US EPA monitoring programs for air pollution onsite at RTP, NC, USA. More recently, work was attempted on energy scavenging mechanisms like Low Temperature Stirling Engines, with proposals submitted to various funding agencies and prototype construction.
