Author, RAHUL RANJAN, himself was a student of IGNOU’s Bachelor Degree in Library and Information Science (BLIS) programme. He had completed his study from Ranganathan Bhawan, Delhi Library Association, Naraina Vihar, Delhi under the guidance and lectureship of renowned professor from different colleges and universities of the country. He has cleared the examination with first division and now he wants to help the student in their study of the programme Bachelor of Library and Information Science.
