When I first heard about adult coloring books, I didn’t get it. Wasn’t coloring just for kids?

Then I came across something called “bold and easy” coloring books, and I started watching videos of people filling in these big, simple shapes with markers. It looked so satisfying that I gave it a try myself… and I was hooked.

For a few minutes, my mind slowed down. The thoughts stopped racing. I was just there, coloring blank shapes, feeling calm and enjoying the simple satisfaction of it.

Now, coloring is how I unwind when things feel too loud or fast. It helps me clear my head, let go of overthinking, and just breathe.

That’s what inspired me to start creating these books. Each one is made with that same hope that coloring can be your way to slow down, zone out or simply have something to turn to when you want to relax or chill instead of scrolling.
