Champions of Change (Rapid changes taking place)

Closing the gap between the rich and the poor requires a multi-faceted approach. An approach that involves addressing the structural barriers and inequalities that perpetuate poverty and inequality. It requires investments in infrastructure, education, healthcare, and social protection programs that support the most vulnerable members of society. Unemployment among the youth is a critical issue that needs to be addressed urgently. The education system plays a crucial role in preparing the youth for the job market. The current system needs to be reoriented to make it more relevant to the needs of the market. The focus should not solely be on imparting theoretical knowledge, but also on developing practical skills and abilities that are in demand in the job market. On the one hand, the next generation needs to be savvy with modern science and technology to keep pace with modern-day development on one hand and on the other they need to acquire those important skills. The widespread availability of technology and communication tools has transformed the way Indian youth interact with the world. Social media and online platforms have opened up new opportunities for communication, entertainment, and self-expression.
