About the Author

Rajendranath Bharathi holds Degrees in Pulp & Paper Science and Law. He has more than 37 years' experience in Customs clearance having thorough knowledge of Customs Law, procedures, rules and regulations, foreign trade policy and procedures. Founder Member of Customs Brokers Association, Hyderabad he served as its Vice President for five years He is presently Technical Adviser of the Association. His firm Concorde Zoom has been an Associate Member of Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations in India since 1989. He is also a Member of the International Trade committee of FTCCI.
