During the 1990s, I witnessed firsthand, the emergence and evolution of the Real Estate function within corporate India—a transformation that reshaped how organizations manage space, infrastructure, and operations. This book is a collection of stories from those formative years, capturing moments from everyday life. I also worked in many countries in Asia but the formative years in India were more influencing. Hope to tell you the beyond India stories soon.

Corporate Challeges with Humor

I loved to read this book. Language is very simple and lucid. Presentation is superb, you can visualise the location, the premises, the decore, even explicit description of people particularly women. The humor is also too good. The squirrel, the wacking at exhibition hall, the pet dog & chilli very nicely narrated. Loved it.
Babuji should continue to pursue this hobby of writing. All the Best to him.
