This book is born out of my own journey. It has been a journey
through struggle, illness and loss but also through healing, grace and
transformation. It is not a mere catalogue of techniques; it is the lived
truth of how the ancient sciences of pranayama, yoga, Ayurveda,
swara vigyan and Pranic Healing weave together into what I call
divine alchemy. As a child, my Gurus, Ram Mulakh Ji and Ram Pyara Ji of
Golbagh Yoga Ashram, sowed in me the seeds of yoga. Though I
resisted then, life’s storms like tuberculosis, anxiety, and grief, brought
me back to those roots. Illness became my teacher, and breath became
my medicine. Under the blessings of Master Choa Kok Sui, I
discovered that prana is not abstract but it is the very fabric of healing.
Modern medicine observes markers like cholesterol, HBA1C, and
CRP. Yoga observes the balance of nadis, the flow of prana, and the
vitality of chakras. Alone, each is incomplete; together, they form a
complete science of health. This book is my attempt to restore yoga to its authentic essence, not
as mere stretching or stress relief but as a living spiritual medicine. It
is not a secret manual but a mirror of insights, stories, and reflections
where breath became healing, and prana became transformation.
May these pages inspire you to discover your own alchemy; that
within your breath lies the Guru, the medicine and the path.
