Nidhi and Paritosh are online friends. For Nidhi, it is a way to kill boredom, she is lonely and stinking rich. For Paritosh, it is pure desperation. Unknown to Nidhi, Paritosh is being manipulated to a crook, who plans to swindle all her money. For Nidhi is the sole custodian of a 'Code' i.e. secret information that will give anyone, an access to her millions. They chat, and exchange all possible gossip, about movies, latest fashion trends, friends, etc etc. And Paritosh grows genuinely fond of this lonely vulnerable girl...And as Nidhi is about to blurt out the code, he feigns acute distress and his own death. This is corroborated by the police, who discover a dead body from the site.

A devastated Nidhi attempts suicide and is rescued in time. She recovers fully from the ordeal and vows never to make friends, and never to be this vulnerable again. She joins her family concern as a means to learn the tricks and bumps on to Paritosh.

He is reserved, as he does not want to have anything to do with her. She is aloof, having vowed never to be social with anyone. And they are paired together for the training period.

What happens next? do they recognize each other? And what happens next? Does Nidhi forgive Paritosh?
