Some minds do not break with noise...they shatter in silence!
Anaya is brilliant, sensitive and unravelling. Her childhood was stitched in silence, and her adulthood blurred by rage, rejection, and longing. Diagnosed with bipolar disorder and borderline personality traits, she spirals through impulsive love, family wounds, motherhood, and emotional betrayals.
But this is not just her story.
It is also Vikram's, the man trying to understand love beyond damage. And Shefali and Veraj's. Their children who watch pain with quiet eyes and dream of a softer world.
Her Shattered Mind is a piercing novel about mental health, emotional inheritance, and healing through truth. It asks the hardest question: Can we love again after breaking everything?
For anyone who has ever loved someone they could not save and learned to save themselves instead, Sameer Anzar brings a novel with emotionally rich fiction about the psychology of love, trauma, and redemption. He believes that silence can shape us, but truth can set us free.
Definitely a thought-provoking read that stays with you
I genuinely enjoyed this book—it had me so engaged that I ended up reading it all in one sitting. The story follows a woman dealing with some deep emotional struggles. They reflect on her identity and mental health which ripple through her relationships too. It's a raw and honest portrayal of how unresolved trauma can impact not just one person, but an entire family. It’s emotional and real without being too heavy, and I found myself really drawn into the characters and their journey.
