Psychological counseling can be done in various ways. But, here, I have developed one technique that is very easy and simple and also very, very appealing to most of the clients. In mental issues they are already very weak mentally and physically, so, for them to grasp the difficult counseling will not be so easy to grasp. Though I have categorized them for different mental health problems still they are such a type of quote that anybody can go through them and can be healthy wealthy and wise. Being a counseling psychologist I know they are very, very uplifting and life-saving.
