Parenting is the single largest challenge that individuals face.Young parents are provided with an opportunity to raise the next generation. The thoughts, ideas, beliefs - can bring up either a fine adult or a person who is yet to reach his or her potential. In my work with several parents, and being a parent myself, I have realized that parenting is a hard check on the parents' values, beliefs and attitude. What the parents believe in and what do they do - not what they say. Moreover what we learn at workplace as managerial techniques seldom apply in the fine art of parenting.
