Description

Vikram Chopra is no ordinary 12-year-old boy. Living with his family in a 50 sq ft shack deep amidst the hustle and bustle of Mumbai, India's great metropolis, he dreams beyond the pervading slums and poverty around him. He finds his only solace in devouring the glitz and glamour of Bollywood, especially the films of the greatest megastar of the Indian film industry, the Don of blockbusters himself, the legendary Amitabh Bachchan.

When an incredible twist of fate finds Vikram coming face to face with his idol, he soon finds himself thrown into a world of inspiration, hope and ambition, realising he can finally dare to dream of a life beyond the slums, even if others are determined not to let him.

Dear Mr Bachchan is a story of ambition, pride and dreams, a testament to the strength of the human spirit against all odds.
