In the fifteenth century, Vlad Basarab Dracula, the King of Wallachia,
was a fierce yet just ruler, known as much for his courage as for his
loyalty to his people. However, his world shatters when his beloved,
Dilek, is taken from him. Devastated and desperate to bring her back,
Vlad strikes a dark pact with Mephis, a sinister dealer from the
netherworld. Vlad gains eternal life and the terrifying powers of a
vampire, yet Dilek is not returned to him, leaving him bound in
darkness for centuries.
Fast forward to the twenty-first century. Sarah Brunell, an IndoAmerican fine art restorer with an innate divine light, is haunted by
visions of a man she cannot remember, yet feels inexorably drawn to.
As fate would have it, Sarah is the reincarnation of Dilek, with no
memory of her past life. When she crosses paths with Vlad—who has
roamed the earth for centuries in search of her—they both sense an
undeniable connection.
Vlad soon realizes that Sarah embodies the light and spirit of his longlost love, Dilek, and she awakens a new hope within him. As the two
grow closer, Sarah begins to recall fragments of her past life and the
powerful bond they once shared. However, Mephis, the dark dealer
who granted Vlad’s vampiric curse, resurfaces with a new threat,
determined to keep Vlad ensnared in darkness and to consume
Sarah’s divine lightTogether, Vlad and Sarah must confront Mephis, battling forces of
darkness that threaten not only their love but also the upper world, the
human realm, and the dark world. In a journey fraught with peril and
sacrifice, they fight to free themselves and each world from Mephis’s
grip. Through their love, Sarah’s light, and Vlad’s enduring strength,
they seek redemption, hoping to restore Vlad’s humanity and break
the curse that has bound him for centuries.
The Return Of The Master: Dracula’s Lost Love is a tale of timeless
love, redemption, and the triumph of light over darkness.
Review of book The Return of the Master Dracula lost love
That's an amazing piece of work! To all the readers of fiction, do give it a read. The symbolic contrast of light and darkness used by the author for the characters is brilliant, and the way the story flows along with the character development is beautifully done. Kudos to the writer!
