There are a million things we see, everyday that spark inside us, a chain reaction of thoughts and feelings, which we only ever consciously acknowledge in the little silences between the constant monotonous hustle; while looking at butterflies, at the end of few movies, as we see a mother send off her baby girl to school, or on days when it rains too much, when we feel our hearts are so broken, so heavy that it even hurts to get up from the bed. These are all moments, amid conversations, lonely travels and sleepless nights, when such obtuse observations ferment themselves into metaphors, churn out by words, fall off on the paper as the ink splashes them down to poetry; poetry that sometimes taste like coffee, often smell like rain, tries to smile like a baby and looks like the European cities in Hollywood. I wrote them down to escape from my boring life, but alas, could I? Read on to find yourself lost in some crazy adolescent's mind as she flies off into her hypothetical dreams and secret universes. Whether she escapes it or finds herself trapped in another illusion?
