This book is newly released "Indian Edition" of spiritual dialogues with Shri Ranjit Maharaj, guru brother of Nisargadatta Maharaj, called "Illusion vs. Reality." Originally, the talks in this book were published in, and only available in India in two separate volumes which quickly went out of print. Afterwards they were compiled into one book and have being published in the West since 2010. This book is that same edition, but it is printed in India by Pothi.com only, instead of by Amazon. After years of asking, Amazon still has not agreed to print any reasonably priced books in India that originate from western authors or small publishing companies in the West. These books are finally back in India at the cheapest prices available anywhere in the world from online sellers and are more in line with the cost of goods in India.
Please keep in mind that these books are printed on demand, so the prices are still higher than printing hundreds or thousands of books and holding them somewhere in inventory, but that is not practical in this case because it is a very small market for these books of Advaita Vedanta wisdom at this time. In the publishing business everyone wants their piece of the pie, but the sellers on Amazon.in have been charging up to triple the price of what people in the West pay!
