Souberi Chakrabarti, the driving force behind Ekam: Niche of Oneness, established in South Andaman, in the picturesque Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Since her early years, Souberi has exhibited a remarkable zeal and fervor in all her endeavors.

She has been a part of institutions as Raj Nursery, The Northstar School, Shreyas Foundation and Storycircle EduSaarthi, in roles such as Educators, Curriculum Developer, Cultural Heads, Program Leaders etc

Her multifaceted skills even extend to various domains, including media, art and writing. An educator, entrepreneur, and avid business enthusiast, Souberi is also a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and an International Certified Career Coach accredited by the International Coaching and Counseling Certification (ICCC). Her expertise encompasses design thinking in education, alternative teaching methods, creative learning approaches, and curriculum design. She firmly believes that education is a lifelong journey, and the pursuit of knowledge is the key to eternal bliss.

A prolific author, Souberi has contributed to over uncountable anthologies and continues to make her mark in the literary world. Her passion for community engagement is evident through her role as a TEDx Organizer and her active involvement in various philanthropic endeavours.
