Sumit Soren is a Lecturer in Agricultural Engineering at Murshidabad Institute of Technology, West Bengal. He did his graduate and post-graduate studies from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya and Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Although his professional field is Agricultural Engineering, he has an enormous interest in history right from childhood. He has written books on the history of indigenous people, penned number of articles on history in e-magazines, he is also a regular contributor in journals.
