THE LOOP
The loop, a human life cycle.
A lifestyle that consumes the majority of the human population. Because of the loop, it is impossible to change even a minor habit from the collection of daily habits that one has formed. You are stuck in the loop, too. After completing the first exercise, you will realise how bad it is and how it kills people's dreams, but for now, I want to tell you what it is. In computer science, a loop is a sequence of instructions that repeats until a specific condition is met.
In human life, I view this concept as the experience of living the same life repeatedly until we die. Looking around, you will discover that we live in a loop. Think about yourself, the decisions you make, the things you do, and the things that happen to you in response to the output you give to this world. Everything is in sync. A loop in which you do the same things and get the same things in return. Living the same life over and over again until you die.
Living in the delusion of dreaming that one day, my life will change automatically.
For many, this existence is filled with desperation. We long for change each night, only to awaken to a disappointing reality. Our lives are caught in a cycle of repetitive activities. We do things we do not want to do during the day and criticise them every night. Reflecting on our routines, we realise we engage in tasks we don't enjoy, all for comfort. It's unfortunate, but we all find ourselves in these loops. Many spend their nights dreaming of a better life, wishing for some magical shift while lying in bed. We yearn to break free from our bad habits, yet the world's distractions keep us locked into routines that drain our energy. But why does this happen?
We tell ourselves we'll exercise tomorrow, yet never follow through. Why is this happening?
We can all see what is good for us, but we are still not doing it. It's all due to one simple fact: We are stuck in the Loop—most people are, and they will never break free. We aim to create engaging content on social media but end up scrolling instead.
We have brilliant, life-changing ideas we wish to pursue, but all too often, they remain mere dreams. Our lives have become so routine that expressing our true desires feels nearly impossible. When did you last talk to yourself about achieving something or changing your life?
And here, I mean serious talk, not those ten-to-twenty seconds of self-talk. I mean talking to your mind about planning to go to the gym, not those moments when you think, "Maybe I should go there." Do not spend your time living with glimpses of hope. Instead, get serious. And I promise you will receive guidance at every corner from the universe when you get serious.
If you don't, you'll remain clueless for your whole life, with glimpses of thoughts like, 'Maybe I should do this, maybe I should get that, or perhaps that. Your life will remain like this until you get serious with yourself. Only then is breaking the loop of bad habits you have formed around you possible. Right now, you are unaware of the loop you live in. And I want to clarify from the start: only you can beat your loop. Yes, I have the guidance and the steps, but if you do not put your mind to it, you will remain stuck forever in the loop. However, there is hope, my dear Kings and Queens!
It does not matter what stage of life you are at; if you take the right actions, you will succeed. Dreams are valid at any stage of life.
Most people do not try later because they accept the reality presented to them by other humans who are not even one per cent smarter than them without questioning it. Whether you are five or fifty, you can achieve your dream. And there is no better time than today to start with this book.
We will start by improving you from within, and once that's fixed, we will enhance your impact on the world.
Both are essential to living a great life.

Each day, we must take a little action to break free from the cycle and transform our existence into something extraordinary. By taking simple, deliberate steps, our lives can shift more rapidly than simply listening to self-improvement podcasts or reading countless books.
This book is a gift from the universe, with the potential to change your life—if you dare to act on it. We will embark on a transformation journey together, but there's a vital condition: you must take action.
If you read this book without applying its insights, you will only gain a few more topics to talk with your friends about life—something we both know isn't what you desire unless your goal is only to look better, not become better.
Throughout this book, I will provide actionable steps to significant transformations. The only catch is that you must act, and everything will change.

What is the point of living if we are not doing what we want?
It's time to stop making the repetitive, foolish choices that hinder us from realising our dreams and becoming the individuals we wish to be. If you are a man, you are a king to me; if you are a woman, you are a queen to me, as I know you are nothing less than royalty.
So, I will refer to you as kings and queens.
This title has a hidden meaning. Later, I will reveal it, but for now, I welcome you, my kings and queens, to the journey.

Yes, just think about how great your life can become.
I want you to come up with all the ideas you could develop in every aspect of your life. Whether going to the gym, a business idea, or learning to sing, it could be anything you genuinely want to do and think is good for you.
From now on, we will work towards your goals.
A clear direction on your wishes will go a long way. Even if you are confused, choose the top five things you want to achieve, and we will work towards them. If you already have a predetermined path, I welcome you on board, but if you are one with a lot of confusion and a thousand goals,
