New to the life in a metro, Sushmita Kalashikar is a self-proclaimed poetess and writer with a full time career in IT that often turns her into a ping-pong ball shuttling between her roles as a wife, a mother, a daughter-in-law and a writer. Writing has been Sushmita's first love and over the years this love has overgrown to turn into a 9 hour career in an esteemed IT company. While her profession requires her to spend much of her time creating pseudo-emotion, rigid and mundane content, she makes it a point to retire to her personal space once in a while, to allow her emotions and creativity to flow like a free bird through in the form of poems and articles. Sushmita strongly believes that, "The only way to bring your heart and mind at peace with each other is to pen down a poem"!!
