The Days to go book is a simple book that shows the days to go for important festivals and holidays that are coming up in the month. There is also a breathing exercise section and a simple exercise section that can be completed within a minute or two to start your day.
Users can also write the days to go for their personal events or tasks like birthdays, anniversaries, games, events, exams and appointments in the days to go section.
The simple exercise section has a physical exercise and a breathing exercise. Users can do the breathing exercise for a minute and then do the physical exercise for a minute. Every day, one breathing exercise can be done and the list of all the breathing exercises are as follows:
