The Hindu Prayer Diary is a simple book that enables users to do daily prayer and exercises for each day of the year. The Diary has a mantra section and an exercise section that will show a mantra and an exercise for each day of the year!
Users can start their day by chanting the mantra given for that day and then do the exercise given! This will provide an ideal start to their day and bring about positive results in their life.
The following mantras are covered in the book:
1 ) Deity Salutations
2 ) Guru Mantra
3 ) Gayathri Mantra
4 ) Vishnu Mantra
5 ) Hare Krishna Mantra
6 ) Maha Mrithunjaya Mantra and
7 ) Navagraha Mantra
Users can adopt Anjali mudra ( Prayer pose by keeping hands in front of chest ) while chanting the mantra or Gyan mudra by touching the tip of the index finger with the tip of the thumb or any other mudra of their choice. They can chant the mantra once or thrice.
The simple exercise section shows a daily breathing exercise and a physical exercise. Users can do the simple exercises for an ideal start to their day.
There is an alternate breathing exercise given in the book and it can be done by breathing in through left nostril and then breath out through right nostril, then breath in through right nostril and breath out through left nostril. That will complete a round. Repeat a few rounds while doing it.
Fold the page to bookmark the diary. And if users have time, they can even do the exercises and mantras from the next few days!

2 ) Palm stretch
3 ) Rotate eyes
4 ) Rotate shoulders

9 ) Anjali mudra ( Prayer pose )
10) Raise hands above head
11 ) Turn body left and right
12 ) Check pulse
The breathing exercises are:
1 ) Breath in slowly and breath out slowly
2 ) Breath in and hold your breath and Breath out
3 ) Alternate nostril breathing
The Diary does not have the weekdays mentioned ( Sunday, Monday, Tuesday etc ). So this diary can be used for every year and users can do the exercises on a daily basis following this Diary every year!
