The tracker has a list of health tasks that should be done on a regular basis.
The tracker helps users to note down the number of times a health task was done in a month. The tasks can either be daily tasks or weekly tasks or monthly tasks.
Most people find it hard to do the daily tasks. So, the tracker has set a target of at least ten times in a month for the daily tasks.
Users can note the count in the calendar and accordingly track the number of times they have done the tasks. If the users can complete the daily tasks at least ten times in a month, their health will be greatly enhanced.
