Seeing the book name as The Story of Me..was intriguing..this tempted me to purchase a book although I was very apprehensive about buying an Upanishad..but it truly is the story of every human being..a must read..we always complain and hear others complain...why do I suffer, why me??? This books takes the reader through he journey we have traversed/...it explains a length the purpose of our birth and the cause of rebirth..it also tells us why we suffer..the most amazing bit was the pre-natal care of the fetus in the womb..so far I had only heard of medical science vouching for it...
The best part is that in very very simple language it explains the process... at times though I did find the principles a little difficult to keep pace with, but then I do not have any background on scriptures...

Dr. Murlidharan is a fountain of knowledge and his book takes the reader on an inspirational journey of self-discovery! A must read for those who are searching for answers on their very existence!
