THis is wonderful....wonderful explanation of how the thoughts arise and agitate the mind.,.,but I would like to know..is it as easy to quieten the mind as has been explained.??
..this book makes us ponder over issues like the external world..yes have often heard of the inner world..but what this books has revealed is that we create our own world..based on our thoughts and that world is external to us...
emotions lead us to commit mistakes...so many thoughts ..so many phrases to contemplate upon...but very simple day-to-day examples have been provided to clarify the concepts...
