All of us agree that Yoga and exercising is a great thing to keep ourselves fit and flowing with, but the biggest hindrance to our doing this is confidence and enabler process and thought that we actually can do it.
This book mentions a very basic sequence which helps to enable us to actually do the activity. Nothing special, just that, my experiences are being captured as part of the images and to make "reader" spread that mat and start doing this.
There is small guidelines here though- request to break this entire chapter of “let us do” in two session- (1) Exercises (Standing and sitting) + Pranayam + Shavasana and, (2) Suryanamaskar + Standing and Sitting Yoga + Pranayam+ Shavasana.
Alternate days doing each activity for 1 hr each is fine as well, morning and evening doing each for 30 mins is good enough .
Practicing yoga is an amazing experience – there is so much wisdom in every practice, in every breath we take when we move through asana sequences. Especially if you like to practice styles like Ashtanga Vinyasa, where there is always a fixed sequence, the practice allows you to clearly notice the fluctuations of the body and the mind as you put yourself thorough the same sequences every day. There will be days where you will notice that your mind is calm, your body is flexible, and everything seems to be smooth and perfect; and similarly, there will be days when the body and the mind feel stiff or heavy, or seem to be pulling you in different directions.
