Koonampara County is a beautiful novel written in the backdrop of the high range in Kerala. Though Peerumedu is an exotic and picturesque destination located in the high ranges, Koonampara is a fictitious place.
The underlying tone of the novel is humor. From satire to surprise, there is plenty of hilarity in the book. The characters in the novel seize our attention and compel us to engage. They stay in our minds long after we have closed the pages of the book.
