For a foodie who "lives to eat" Tia's book comes as a blessing. Though the book has been written for teenagers who need to be health conscious I find it very useful as a mother of two strapping young lads too who have an unrelenting urge to snack.
Bake-a-licious makes good use of substitute ingredients paired with low calorie and low fat versions of some of those higher calories ingredients with some very delicious lip smacking results.
The author has taken great efforts to ensure the book is really more than just a cookbook. She has worked hard to try out each recipe to ensure the recipes are perfect. So, say goodbye to tasteless low cal recipes and hello to mouthwatering delights which could actually help you lose some weight too.
