The book has been written especially for UGC NET Exam, which is conducted twice a year i.e. in June & December. Not a single book is available on Women’s Studies especially for UGC NET Exam. It is my endeavour to fill this gap. The first section of this book deals with important facts related to the subject. It contains all the information in tabular form for quick revision. Thereafter, 31 Sets of Question Papers (Paper II & Paper III) asked in previous UGC NET Exam from 2004 to 2015 have been solved with detailed explanations. If any NET aspirant studies these Question-Answers carefully then I am sure that success is not far for such aspirants, as often many questions from previous year exam are repeated or asked in a modified form each year. About the Author

Born in 1977 and brought up in a small village named ‘Shokhara’ in the district of Begusarai in Bihar; did M.A. (Public Administration) & M.A. (Sociology), thereafter qualified UGC NET Exam in three subjects viz. Women’s Studies, Sociology & Public Administration. He is a Life Member of Indian Sociological Society, New Delhi. He has presented various papers in different National Seminars. He has served as Resource Person in various in-service training programmes for teachers conducted by Education Dept (Bihar Govt.). He has been working as Teacher in Education Dept. (Bihar Govt.) for more than 15 years. He is continually trying to change the lives of poor students through imparting “education” to them in and out of school – which is the most important tool for changing anyone’s life.
