‘Swamy Vijay’ is the stage name of Mr. Y Vijaya Kumar Swamy. He was born and brought up in a small village in District Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh State. He pursued his Post Graduation in English Literature from Sri Krishnadevaray University, Anantapur in the year 2004. He worked as a Junior Lecturer in Andhra Pradesh state for almost 10 years after completion of his studies. In the year 2012 he cleared KVS exam and joined in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan as a PGT English. He has completed 10 years of service in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and is presently working as a PGT English in Kendriya Vidyalaya Hebbal, Sadhashivanagar, Bengaluru. He has total 20 years of experience in teaching Language English and English Literature to Indian students across India from class XII to PG. He has been writing poetry, stories and novels since his teenage and published a few short stories in different magazines. He published a few books related to English Grammar and Literature.
