The author, Awadhesh Kumar Nema, obtained his M.Tech. in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering from IIT Kharagpur in 1984. In the early years of his career, he served as an Assistant Professor at Jawaharlal Nehru Agricultural University, Jabalpur, for nearly three years. Subsequently, he held executive positions as Deputy Director and Joint Director in the Agriculture Department of the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Throughout his tenure, he made significant contributions to teaching, research, and extension services. Recognized for his outstanding work, he received several prestigious awards, including the Chief Minister’s Excellence Award.
Deeply inclined towards spirituality, he has always been drawn to the discourses of saints and spiritual leaders. With a commitment to societal welfare, he has authored several meaningful literary works that continue to serve as valuable resources for the community.
As part of his ongoing contributions, last year he published a book titled Prabandhan Ke Mantra, which has been widely appreciated by officers and corporate managers for its insightful guidance on effective management. This book marks another significant step in his dedication to societal enrichment.

(पुस्तक के लेखक अवधेश कुमार नेमा, आई. आई. टी. खड़गपुर से वर्ष १९८४ के भूमि एवं जल संरक्षण अभियांत्रिकी से एम. टेक. की उपाधि प्राप्त हैं । वे सेवा के प्रारंभिक काल में लगभग तीन वर्षों तक जवाहर लाल नेहरु कृषि विश्वविद्यालय जबलपुर में सहायक प्राध्यापक के पद पर कार्यरत रहे हैं । तत्पश्चात मध्य प्रदेश शासन के कृषि विभाग में उप संचालक एवं संयुक्त संचालक के कार्यपालिक पदों पर कार्यरत रहे हैं ।
लेखक ने अपने कार्यकाल में अध्यापन, शोध एवं विस्तार तीनों क्षेत्रों में कार्य किया है । अपने कार्यकाल में उत्कृष्ट अधिकारी के रूप में शासन से मुख्यमंत्री उत्कृष्टता पुरुस्कार सहित अनेकों पुरुस्कार प्राप्त किये हैं । लेखक की आध्यात्मिक अभिरुचि होने के कारण संत महात्माओं के प्रवचनों को सुनने की ललक रही है । लेखक द्वारा समाज के कल्याण के लिए अनेकों रचनाओं का सृजन किया गया है जो अत्यंत उपयोगी हैं ।)
