लेखक चरित्र

लेखक, लक्ष्मीधर वि. गावपांडे यांनी व्हीएनआयटी नागपूर, सिम्बायोसिस इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ बिझनेस मॅनेजमेंट, पुणे आणि इंडियन इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ टेक्नॉलॉजी (आयआयटी) मद्रास येथे अभियांत्रिकी व व्यवस्थापन विषयातील पदवी आणि पदव्यूत्तर शिक्षण पूर्ण केले आहे.

त्यांनी अमेरिका आणि ब्रिटन मध्ये सॉफ्टवेअर सल्लागार म्हणून काम केले आहे. त्यांनी आजवर अमेरिका, ब्रिटन , जर्मनी, जपान, सिंगापूर, इस्राईल, इटली, दक्षिण कोरिया, नेदरलँड, स्वित्झर्लंड, नॉर्वे आणि फ्रान्स यासारख्या अनेक देशांचा प्रवास केला आहे आणि तेथिल वेगवेगळ्या संस्कृती, लोक आणि त्यांचे वर्तन पाहिले आहे.

त्यांनी राष्ट्रीय आणि आंतरराष्ट्रीय परिषदेत अनेक पेपर्स प्रकाशित केले आहेत आणि त्यांना देश-विदेशातील अनेक शैक्षणिक संस्थांद्वारे विविध विषयांवर बोलण्यासाठी आमंत्रित केले आहे. तसेच विविध परिषदांमध्ये त्यांनी भाषण केले.

लहानपणापासूनच त्यांनी निबंध, कविता आणि गझल स्पर्धांमध्ये पुरस्कार जिंकले आहेत. त्यांच्या शैक्षणिक उत्कृष्टतेसाठी त्यांना अनेक प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार आणि शिष्यवृत्ती प्राप्त आहेत.

About the Author

Author, Laxmidhar V. Gaopande has studied engineering at VNIT Nagpur, Management at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and Master of Technology at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, India.

He has worked in USA and UK as a Software Consultant. He has travelled immensely to many countries like USA, UK, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Israel, Italy, South Korea, Netherland, Switzerland, Norway and France till date and has observed different cultures, people and their behaviour.

He has published many papers in national and international conferences and has been invited to talk on various subjects by many educational institutes in India and abroad. He has also delivered talks in various conferences.

His essay, poems and gazals since childhood have won the awards in various competitions. He loves Marathi and Hindi poetry.

He is recipient of many prestigious awards and scholarships in his academic excellence.
