Aman Talla is an expert in Jewellery Retailing and manufacturing. A second generation entrepreneur in the industry with over 12 years of experience in the trade, he entered the business at a time when the Jewellery industry was highly unorganised and those organised, started to over-power the traditional businesses. Realising the need of organizing the business, Aman worked to automate and organize all the minute jewellery processes.
Learning from the ground up, he mastered the trade and today his company is amongst the top businesses of the state, when it comes to sales, customer satisfaction and systems.
Exploring new business opportunities is his inherent nature. He loves developing unique products and churning out innovative business ideas. A perfectionist and people’s person, he always strives for excellence in whatever he does.

Education:
- BBA from SPMR College of Commerce, University of Jammu
- MBA from The Business School, University Of Jammu
- Graduate Gemologist, International Gemological Institute, Antwerp, Belgium.

Work History:
- Worked part-time (2-4 hrs every day) in the family business of Jewellery Retailing and Manufacturing starting at the age of 14 years in the year 2004.
- Joined the family business full time in the year 2013 after completing Masters in Business Administration and contributed to the growth of the business by 400% in less than 7 years.

Personal Info:
- Read over 17 books on self-development and business management in a span of 2-3 years when things were not going as expected. This altered the perception about business completely and that’s where the turnaround started.
- Helped 2051 brides till date enhance their look and elegance for their wedding day.
- Have guided over 12600 women personally in helping out choose the right piece of jewellery.
-Increased the workforce to 400% in 3 years to match customer expectations and meet industry demands.
- Not wanting to be a LALA of the industry, similar to the existing players, altered the systems in business from manual to fully automated with the use of the latest technology, thus creating a self-sustainable autonomous environment.
