His expertise also spans Australia’s largest banks, ANZ Bank and St George Bank, including Bank of Kathmandu, where he contributed to transformative initiatives.

Beyond corporate success, he is an entrepreneur and social innovator — the founder of Mrs Inspirational Nepal Australia (2009) and Mrs Inspirational India Australia (2011) — and an active mentor and investor in ventures focused on education, such as TutorMate Australia. Passionate about nurturing future leaders, he also dedicates time to coaching young graduates, helping them build purpose-driven careers and confidence in a rapidly changing world.
