Bhavya is a Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist within
the global pharmaceutical sector, a data-driven HR strategist, and a

former Quest Alliance Fellow.

Bhavya’s journey began far from the sleek glass
skyscrapers of Bangalore. Raised and educated
in the rugged, sun-baked terrain of Jodhpur,
Rajasthan, she started his professional life with
a technical polytechnic diploma. Driven by an
urgent need for financial independence and a
growing curiosity about how people learn, she built an
unconventional parallel path: working full-time in classrooms and
deep interior, NGO pockets while quietly completing a Bachelor of
Science via distance education, then PGP~HR.

This unique combination of raw, on-the-ground human empathy
and a rigorous, scientific approach to data became his ultimate
corporate superpower. Over the years, Bhavya has transitioned
from managing rowdy classrooms at age twenty to designing global
learning architectures and navigating complex matrix organizations
for multinational corporations.
She has dedicated his career to looking past cold metrics and
clinical corporate checkboxes to unlock the latent, unpolished
talent in others.

When she isn’t designing behavioral intervention frameworks or
decoding organizational data, Bhavya is working in Bangalore now.
