His interest in literature was instilled by his late father, Sri Narayana Rao. He used to buy books, bring them home, and read them.

He had worked in State Bank of India, the largest bank in the country, and, Retired.

So far, he had written nearly 220 stories, published 11 story collections, 2 novels, and 1 poetry collection. This book, 'Anjalide... Gonumaa!', is his 11th story collection. Although this gives him a great happiness and satisfaction, his passion to write more and his desire to entertain his fans with his writing have not diminished. Hence, his wish is to keep writing as long as he breathe.
