He holds a Ph.D. in Food Production (Indian Cuisine) and specializes insustainable culinary practices, food nutrition and hygiene, and hospitality management. His academic approach integrates experiential learning, case-based teaching, and technology-enabled pedagogy to prepare students for global industry demands. Dr. Pandey’s research interests include sustainable hospitality and tourism, culinary heritage, service experience design, and the application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and digital transformation in food and tourism systems. He has authored numerous research papers, book chapters, and books, including contributions to Scopus-indexed publications, and holds multiple patents. Actively engaged in academic mentoring, peer review, and institutional development, he is committed to fostering innovation, sustainability, and industry–academia collaboration in hospitality education.
Dr. Rahul Bharadwaj is an academician and researcher specializing in Tourism and Hospitality Management. He holds a Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University, one of India’s premier institutions. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor, Dr. Bharadwaj has extensive teaching and research experience in areas such as sustainability science, digital marketing, hospitality operations, entrepreneurship, and business ethics. His academic interests focus on integrating sustainability principles into tourism and hospitality.
Mr. Sudhanshu Bhushan is a hospitality professional and academician with over 15 years of experience in food and beverage operations, restaurant management, and hospitality training. He has worked with leading hotel brands including Taj Hotels, Ramada, Ibis Hotels, Holiday Inn, Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, and Golden Tulip Hotels. Currently associated with Galgotias University, he is engaged in teaching, research, and mentoring hospitality students. Prof. Himanshu Sharma is a seasoned academician and hospitality professional with over two decades of experience spanning industry and education. Currently a Professor at Galgotias University, he specializes in Food and Beverage Service, hospitality operations, and personality development. With a Master’s degree in Tourism Management and a strong research background, he has contributed extensively through publications, conferences, and curriculum development.
